		<description>I think you should take such a class, Knitvixen--having taught such classes many times, I know that the folks who take them feel more confident and enjoyment when they work in the kitchen thereafter. Not only that, but you work more safely and your knives last longer when they are used properly! &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;If my fifteen year old can smoothly debone a chicken breast, so can you.</description>
