And thanks to linking back to me here; I only wish my German was still good enough to be able to read more than a few words of your blog.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;It is a really good version of chicken, and is quite easy to do. And in addition to tasting wonderful, it looks striking, so it is just perfect all the way around.</description>

					<description>I think you should take such a class, Knitvixen--having taught such classes many times, I know that the folks who take them feel more confident and enjoyment when they work in the kitchen thereafter. Not only that, but you work more safely and your knives last longer when they are used properly! &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;If my fifteen year old can smoothly debone a chicken breast, so can you.</description>
