I just had my fortieth birthday. Happily, I generally don’t feel that old, nor look that old, so no worries there.

I also know how to make the other perennial favorite, Chicken with Garlic Sauce, if you should be interested–that recipe is way back in my archives from January under the title, “An Evening with Grace Young.”

Though, I was thinking of posting it again, or at least linking to it, simply because it is such a popular recipe and I didn’t post a picture for it at the time.

I guess I should work up a version of Huy’s “Ocean Broccoli Beef” as well–it also being a part of the triumverate of customer favorites.
