I have to think on it. Something British, literary, that calls to mind both green and cookery--a bit staid, with a core of naughty heat. I reckon I will be thinking on it for a while. And, I have to cook on it for a bit to get a feel for the personality. But Sweet Fred (the Kitchaid Mixer who matches the AGA) will be happy to have a compatriot, I am sure. Karyl--you can come have a date with it (I still don't know if it is male or female--I am thinking male, but I could be surprised), too. We even live in the same town!
