To my taste, the addition of garnet-like pomegranate seeds can only enhance most dishes. They are physically beautiful, they have a lovely flavor and the texture is fascinating. I love them.

And somehow, cilantro and pomegranate synergize well together. The fragrances must be complimentary in some way, but I love having both together.
