		<description>Robert--any of the cookbooks by Madhur Jaffrey will help you, as will cookbooks by Julie Sahni. Sahni&#039;s books do not have photographs, but her instructions are step-by-step and very clear, and the results have always been quite good when I have used her recipes. 

Jaffrey&#039;s books are equally good, with beautiful photographs, but her explanations are not quite as thorough as Sahni&#039;s.</description>
