					<description>I adore left overs too and I have to agree Indian is always better the day after. 
As for left overs for breakfast my mothers most famous dish when I was a kid was corned beef potato cakes - it was a staple the morning after all sleepover and birthday parties.
add a 1/4 can of canned sweet corn to left over mashed potato and corned beef (not canned! the real stuff is so much better) and one egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix together and for into small cakes. Fry them in butter and serve with a sweet gerkin relish.
They're also better than bacon and eggs for curing a hangover and great for picnics.</description>

The husband, too, is beloved, but he was, at least, this morning, innocent of any wrongdoing. Certainly innocent enough to warrant me not wanting to gobble up his arm or leg just because I felt like a starving dog. (These hunger fits are irritating!)

Stephanie--I always tend to make extra of stuff that freezes well, and then I have plenty for later months. It works perfectly---that way I seldom have to resort to frozen convenience food, because I already have made some of my own.</description>
