They both have such fragrant and strong (but wonderful) flavours. Can't try it yet though. I would not have thought of that combination. BTW, I can't remember if I suggested grains of paradise as a possible pepper substitute for you before--I know I was thinking of that the other day. They're part of the ginger family, but they are pepperlike (supposedly better, but I haven't tried mine yet). The only problem is that they're a bit hard to find. Oooh, interesting. I would not have thought of that combination.
