The corn is great, folks. Butter or no butter–it is good. I remember the Madhur Jaffrey description of Indian street corn containing butter, but she said it didn’t -have- to. I just figured that the family and friends would object to corn without butter.

Elizabeth–that recipe with the potatoes and basil is on the same post as the recipe for bulgogi burgers, because I made them at the same meal to go together. One post, two recipes–all good!
