		<description><![CDATA[The corn is great, folks. Butter or no butter--it is good. I remember the Madhur Jaffrey description of Indian street corn containing butter, but she said it didn&#039;t -have- to. I just figured that the family and friends would object to corn without butter.

Elizabeth--that recipe with the potatoes and basil is on the same post as the recipe for bulgogi burgers, because I made them at the same meal to go together. One post, two recipes--all good!]]></description>
