		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t normally comment on these things but I have something to contribute on cilantro: I find, without fail, that store-bought dried cilantro tastes like soap. Fresh cilantro, and home-dried cilantro, are among my very favorite herbs. Similarly, I think all store-bought dried parsley tastes like plastic, even when it comes in glass jars.]]></description>
