The barrage of letters is telling, although I think largely people simply react to any mention of vegans, obscuring some of his more interesting points (or at least that was the case last I checked).

Thanks for the heads up on the Bourdain interview. I loved it! I especially got a kick out of “I also like the idea of people from other places coming to our country and multiplying. It makes for better food, higher expectations, more diversity and cuter people. Foreigners should come to our country and have sex with our womenfolk.”
