I could just hug you for this recipe!! This was sooooo yum!Made it last night - everything from scratch except the tortillas (though bought some freshly made ones - one of the pluses of living in cali) and it was just SOO delicious. Thank you thank you thankyou. We just wordlessly inhaled it ;-) You are so right about the swiss chard - went perfectly with this filling and I added some spaghetti squash as well. Made it with red sauce though (my own recipe) coz I had the ingredients. Tried your guacamole too - soooo good. Will have to try this again in a couple of months (very time-consuming) and try your red and verde sauces. Oh I can't wait!!!

Nupur--chard is a great sort of green to mix with different flavors. It isn't too bitter, but it isn't just sweet, either. It has a good, unique flavor that blends well with other foods.

I am glad you liked the enchiladas, and that they worked out for you! I love the flavor combination!

I just made this tonight for dinner...and we simply inhaled it. It was great! This is the first time I cooked with chard, so thanks for inspiring me to use a new in-season veggie. This recipe is incredibly healthy too...love it! Thanks for sharing.
