I've just finished the first reading of all three parts of the roundup. And I know I'll be returning to see the entries again. What a wonderful roundup, Barbara. And many thanks for your lovely write up of my orange fennel salad. It really is a great salad. We recently had it with a cashew chicken curry, palak paneer and naan. While the salad isn't really remotely Indian, it still really went very well - adding just the right amount of freshness - not quite like a side of pickle but good nonetheless. -Elizabeth P.S.
