Great Kim--look for more recipes soon.

Magpie--this is enough for anywhere from 3-6 people depending on how hungry they are and how much rice and other dishes you prepare.

When you look at it that way, the sodium count is lower than it seems at first.

Also--you could probably cut back on the soy sauce by 1/3 to 1/2 and still end up with a pretty tasty dish.

Scheherazade--I am thrilled that you tried and loved the recipe. Let me know if you come up with any good variations!

Back to report that the recipe is fantastic. So good that my partner thought it worth waking me up after midnight to tell me so.

see, I always thing of chinese food as being very sodium heavy, but looking at this recipe, it really isn't (well, yes, a grand total of 2 tbs of dark soy has like, 60% RDA for sodium, but the quantities of meat and veg here suggests 4-6 servings)

Thank you so much for posting this series, I look forward to trying some of the recipes!
