They were my favorite PJs too. On a camping trip once my nickname was Pippi Longstocking for my reddish braids and crazy stripes. Maybe someday it will fit Kat too! (Looks like her hair is turning a little orangey lately.)

Charlotte--in my case, it runs in the family. Morganna, when she was a baby, loved to hear the choir at church sing--I was in the choir, but her favorite of the singers was the choir director. He had a basso profundo voice that just sent shivers down everyone's back, and if she was in her basket (we carried her around in a Moses basket for a long while) and got fussy at a church supper, all he had to do was lean down in and sing a bit of Gregorian chant at her and off to dreamland she would go.

Topffeeapple--she is really good with the kitties. She never tries to poke them or pull at them or hurt them. She just hugs them and lays her head on them. And she plays with them with their feather wands--which is really cute to watch.

In turn, the cats take naps with her, too. Schmoo, in particular, likes to sleep next to her when she is asleep on my lap, though I get to feeling rather hemmed in by it all as he is so huge.

Alexis--in both pictures, the stripes and the flowers, she is wearing Hanna Anderson. They have turned out to be my favorite pjs for her--the zipper is helpful, and the lack of footies means that they last longer. She grows out of her footie jammies really fast.

Awwww. Hey, is that a Hanna Anderson PJ suit she's wearing? The stripes look very familiar! (I wore HA PJs until I was about 13.)

What a gorgeous child! She will obviously learn to play an instrument very soon. She's an angel with the cats isn't she?
