I just had a traditional Bengal preparation of fish in green chutney shallow fried, and loved it. Was wondering whether it could be baked- and there comes your recipe!

Thanks

Great looking dish. We used to stuff chutney in whole pamplet or bangda (mackrel)and would put red chilies, turmeric and salt on the outer surface, roll it in rice flour and pan fry it. tasted wonderful. Will try this idea with rice on the bottom
