This post is just great as I am having a recent interest on Thai food. I used to "wok" a lot but I got a bit bored of it until I "discovered" Thai food. Now my wok is back on overuse mode! thanks

Pepper--gai lan is awesome in OBB, isn't it?

Either pressed spiced tofu or extra firm tofu that is first deep fried and then used in this stir fry would be great in this recipe. The sauce is fantastic.

I really think you will like it.

Mmmmm. I love gai lan. I used it in place of broccoli in your ocean beef and broccoli recipe (and I used seitan in place of the beef). I'll try this one next week using tofu and mushrooms.
