Sandy, I am glad you liked the recipe--it really is delicious. On the right hand side of this blog, you can see archives listed. There are categories, including "Recipes: Indian." Click on that, and you get the entire list of all of my Indian recipes, which right now is numbering at 85.

For soup recipes, try the search button for soup. I should go back and make an archive category for soups, appetizers, salads and the like, but I haven't yet.

I hope that this helps!

What a great recipe. Used it with white asparagus. Excellent! Where can I get more of your Indian Recipes or soups with veggies. Trying to find new Ayurvedic recipes since I just started this diet. Thank you, Sandy

I understand completely loving tofu and disliking rice/soy milk. As much as I love cheese I detest milk/cream and can taste it in recipes as well! :)

That's why there is potato in my recipe, Valarie! I use that trick too, so less cream is needed.

I am odd though--as much as I love tofu--which is a lot--I cannot abide soymilk. I don't like the taste of it, and I can pick up the taste of it in sauces, soups, coffee drinks--you name it. I have a feeling that other folks don't have this problem, and it may be true that most people can't taste it in those contexts, but that is why I am so anti-vegan when it comes to replacing dairy products in cooking. (I can also taste rice milk. I know, I am weird.)

When it comes to Asian vegan recipes that never had dairy products--ooh! I am all about those!
