					<description>I read this and fell in love with the idea of pomegranate vinaigrette. I decided to grill a steak, slice it thin, and serve it on lettuces with walnuts and raspberries. Doesn't that sound lovely? It was. Mostly. But I could NOT get the pomegranate molasses to blennnnnnnd. It wouldn't emulsify. I tried everything I could think of and finally ended up dressing the greens with the pomegranate flavored oil and dripping the goopier part on with a spoon. Please tell me where I went wrong!</description>

The dish sounds absolutely heavenly. I hope for at least a guide-recipe someday!</description>
