		<description><![CDATA[It looks interesting, and very tasty. After an Indian classmate of mine brought a native dish to a Christmas party, I&#039;ve really begun to enjoy Indian cooking. Previously, what I&#039;ve had were the pale imitations of whatever the Scandinavian restaurant business consider to be Indian food, and it does not compare :) 

I like your idea of celebrating the past of the country by choosing various dishes.]]></description>
