Sure sounds like norovirus. It seems to have become widespread now through cruise ships and travels around a lot with people this time of year.

Yup, I had this at the beginning of November. It was painful! I kept wishing that I would at least throw up or something, just to relieve the pain. The pain is actually severe bloating and contractions of the lower stomach area and upper part of the small intestine–or so said my doctor. I was sick with it for a good 4 days.

Really I’m not trying to scare you but my appendix moved. I really didn’t think it was possible but the doctors said that by whole abdomen was so swollen, it pushed my appendix more up and back from where it should have been.

Or I’m just a freak!!

I’m glad Morganna is feeling better.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re all getting sick but glad to hear that it’s an acute self-limiting disorder.

It’s important to have a well parent when the toddler is sick, for sure!
