O-h M-y G-O-D Barbara!

Wonnerful, wonnerful, as the immortal Lawrence Welk would have said, had he a taste for Oriental food and not good old Midwest Polska Kielbasie...

I made this for my family last night, and everyone was on the floor with pure pleasure! And, such genius in the simplicity of it.

I read a post elsewhere on your site (Singapore Curry Noodles I believe it was) wherein someone was relating how daunting it can be to face such a long list of ingredients. Indeed, it looks like a lot at first, but once one gets organized, I ended up with a cutting board of chopped ginger, scallions, bok choy, a separate one for the chicken, and three bowls with the stock/cornstarch, soy mixture, and sugar/ginger/garlic/onion mixture.

If one simply works through the list and organizes oneself before beginning, then the whole thing comes together like a breeze and the result is absolutely To Die For!

Thank you, thank you! Looking forward to trying more T&S recipes!

I made this last night - sorta. The bok choy at the store looked very sad but the rainbow chard was nice. So Chicken with Chard it was. It was a big hit, even my toddler ate a lot of it.
