I have two of his saucepans, and I have to say, they are excellent. I was skeptical at first – they were a gift, and I thought – Emeril? That guy with the “bam”? Won’t these just be some cheap pans with his logo on them? – but no, in fact they are great. They have glass lids so so can see what’s in them and not overcook it, a nice heft – and they are way cheaper than other “big” brand names. Good job, Emeril!
