I recommend you check it out and consider joining it. I get a daily digest from it. The participants are extremely helpful and encouraging. I’ve also become “friends” with several of the group members on facebook.

I learned to sew on an old Singer treadle machine – loved that machine. The first machine I bought myself was a 1969 Viking which is still my machine today.
