					<description>I make a pasta dish just like this when I'm in a hurry, only instead of the feta, I'll add a can or two (depending on how many are eating) of good tuna and capers.  Yowza.  Fast and delicious.  I'll have to give your way a whirl when I come upon some good feta.</description>
