Amazing is not quite the word for it.

Nor is stupendous, brilliant, delicious, or…well…just about anything.

Awesome works well, and not in that “Yo, Dude! That’s AWESOME!” kind of way, but more in that Eddie Izzard Biblical kind of way.

Heh, cheesecake must have been in the air this week as I made one myself. Almost the same except without the coffee. The alcohol was in the blackberry sauce in the form of amaretto.

Zebe, mix almond flour with finely ground almonds, plus the butter. That should work quite well.

This sounds amazing. Any ideas for a gluten free crust? That’s my major hold up lately. Maybe an almond flour crust? Hmmm.
