Wow purple cauliflower. I love cauliflower s but I always thought they were only white.

Hi Barbara,
Love that you are making gobi matar.
But never tried with purple gobi.
Pappulapodi can be mixed with hot rice with a dollop of ghee/clarified butter tastes great.
