I cooked my mince first, but am going to try your method of leaving the mince &amp; rice raw - think that&#039;ll make it easier to roll it really tightly. Think I might&#039;ve used too much cooking liquid as well...

I see you don&#039;t weigh your dolmades down when they&#039;re cooking - do the leaves tucked on top serve the same purpose?]]></description>
